Heights Insurance Agency is an independent insurance brokerage founded by Tiffany Meyer. We designed and implemented a complete digital ecosystem tailored to how the agency actually works day to day.
We started by launching a dedicated AI voice assistant, Tipper, with a new phone number and integrated it across all platforms and social channels. Tipper answers inbound calls, filters spam, handles common questions, and routes callers directly to the right person. If no one is available, she captures messages or helps clients book a call automatically.
Next, we rebuilt the Heights Insurance website with a focus on clarity, conversion, and ease of use. We embedded a booking calendar directly into the site, allowing clients to schedule consultations on their own time without back-and-forth emails or missed calls.
To bring everything together, we built a custom dashboard that gives the agency full visibility and control over its marketing and operations. From one place, the team can access analytics, manage paid advertising, create content with AI, oversee all social media accounts, and schedule posts with automated publishing.
The onboarding process was fast and intuitive. Training the AI assistant became part of the setup and even a fun one. The team helped train Tipper by placing real test calls and asking real questions, which allowed the system to learn quickly and adapt to actual client needs.
